Bayer enters final phase of Schering integration in the Baltics

<br />On March 27 the existing branch and representative offices of BayerOY and UAB Scher-ing in Lithuania- Latvia and Estonia have beenlegally combined. The new organisation will carry the name UAB"Bayer". With this important milestone in place- Bayer is enter-ingthe final phase of integration in the Baltic states.
